If the property is managed by passion For Property we will transfer the rent by o line banking and transfer monies within 5 working days of receiving cleared funds.

Deposit
The Deposit Protection Service will hold the security deposit, the tenant will be notified within 28 days stating the Tenant ID. Information can be then requested from www.depositprotection.com or by phone on 0870 7071707 quoting ID and the surname.
